    Elegant and luxurious room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. The rooftop restaurant for breakfast.

    Ideal place, I truly enjoyed polite personnel.

    Had a great stay here. Everything was really good, so were excellent views of the sea. I had a private safe, a minibar and a sofa bed in the new-fashioned room. The location was good, in the European Side district and close to a boat dock. The food in the rooftop restaurant was fresh and fab.

    Luxury and clean place to stay in, it has helpful staff with great customer service. The rooms are elegant and luxurious, have feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The location is handy, 1 mile from Second Floor. When I am in Istanbul, I like staying here

    This place was an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in Istanbul with decent value for money. Receps at the front desk helped us out when our wallet was stolen nearby, making a tough situation so much better. Just make sure to keep a close watch on your belongings outside the hotel.

    Staying at novotel was a great experience! The location is perfect, close to sultanahmet and galata, with amazing restaurants nearby. The executive bosphorus suite was lovely, and i really enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant-great service from mr mehmet and mr mahsun made it even better.

    Rooftop views and attentive staff shine bright

    I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with amazing views from the rooftop restaurant while savoring freshly prepared dishes at breakfast. The staff were attentive. I found the lobby area could get a bit crowded during peak hours, which diminished the relaxed vibe I was hoping for.

    I stayed in the Superior Queen Room with Sofa, and it was really spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy. Everything felt modern and well-maintained. I did notice it got a bit warm sometimes, and the air conditioning could have been better. The room met our needs, but a bit of tweaking on temperature control would help!

    Can't recommend highly enough for exploring town

    Clean room, friendly staff, perfect location, the hotel is just a 10-minute stroll from Sishane-Zemin Istanbul, and the rooftop restaurant offers fine views over the water while serving a good breakfast selection.
