This place was an excellent fit for a mini-vacation in Istanbul with decent value for money. Receps at the front desk helped us out when our wallet was stolen nearby, making a tough situation so much better. Just make sure to keep a close watch on your belongings outside the hotel.

staying at novotel was a great experience! the location is perfect, close to sultanahmet and galata, with amazing restaurants nearby. the executive bosphorus suite was lovely, and i really enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant—great service from mr mehmet and mr mahsun made it even better.

The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure my needs were met throughout my stay. However, I found the lobby area could get a bit crowded during peak hours, which diminished the relaxed vibe I was hoping for.

I stayed in the Superior Queen Room with Sofa, and it was really spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy, which made our nights great. Everything felt modern and well-maintained. However, I did notice it got a bit warm sometimes, and the air conditioning could have been better. Overall, the room met our needs, but a bit of tweaking on temperature control would help!
